  • Order Confirm
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.

  • Order Processing
It normally takes 1-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Due to some products out of stock or other reasons, orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
For out-of-stock products, we will send out as soon as possible after replenishment. It usually take 3-10 days to replenish the stock.
We will send email to you once the item is out of stock, You can choose to wait, exchange or refund out of stock items.

  • Shipping Fee
If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items to your cart. And you will view whether your order can be free shipping.
Our shipping fee:
The order is less than $49.99, the shipping fee is $5.99;
The order exceeds $49.99, the free shipping will be provided.

  • Delivery Address
We are currently shipping to virtually any address in the world, except for remote areas or islands. If you are interested in placing an order and we do not currently ship to your country, please contact our customer service team: Memorycraftmall@outlook.com.But you must provide a complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. Occasionally packages are returned to Memorycraftmall as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Lifescraft, please contact Memorycraftmall
to make arrangements for reshipment.


  • Delivery
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.
Please note that you must register an account before you place an order, so that you can view your order information in your account. If you only subscribe but do not register an account, You will not be able to view the status of your historical orders in your new account.
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries.Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
